Outbox is designed for professional clients who want simple and direct access to publishing on MinBy™ media outlets. You select the product and quantity in the ordering flow. After payment, you will automatically receive a form for articles, links, images, and media selection.
Products
Two DA Levels
The chosen product determines which DA level the desired media outlet must fall within. The specific media selection is made after payment.
SEO article on media with DA 0–49
One publication on an available media outlet with a specific Domain Authority between 0 and 49.
SEO article on media with DA 50+
One publication on an available media outlet with a specific Domain Authority of 50 or higher.
Media selection:
A desired domain can be selected when it matches the purchased DA level,
is relevant to the article, and is available at the time of order.
Article
- By default, the article must be in Danish (or as agreed).
- The recommended length is 300–800 words.
- AI-generated content is accepted when the quality is sufficient.
- The article must be coherent, readable, and relevant to the chosen media.
- Proofreading and a standard editorial review are included.
- MinBy™ may make minor linguistic and editorial corrections prior to publication.
Links
- Up to three links can be inserted per article.
- Links are do-follow by default.
- Branded and exact match anchor texts are accepted.
- CTAs and general commercial content are permitted.
- Links must lead to legal and relevant content.
- MinBy™ may reject links deemed misleading or unsuitable.
Images
- A relevant image is generally required.
- The client may provide the image themselves.
- Stock photos may be used when the usage rights are secured.
- The client is responsible for holding the necessary rights to submitted images.
- MinBy™ may crop or adapt the image to fit the media’s format.
Publication
- The article will be marked as paid or sponsored content.
- All material is reviewed prior to publication.
- Publication typically occurs within 1–24 hours after material is approved.
- Publication is permanent by default and has no fixed expiration date.
- The article is indexable and integrated into the media’s regular structure.
- MinBy™ may move or update the article if the media’s technical structure changes.

The following topics are treated as special articles and incur a surcharge of 100% of the selected publication price:
- Crypto and cryptocurrency
- Casino and gambling
- Loans and financial lending products
- Similar regulated or highly commercial topics
Rejected
Content We Do Not Accept
The following content cannot be published through Outbox:
- Adult and pornographic content
- Dating
- Illegal content or illegal products
- Misleading, offensive, or demonstrably incorrect content
- Content deemed unsuitable for editorial publication
After Payment
How to Submit Your Material
Once payment is completed, you will automatically gain access to a form. Here, you will submit the material for the publication(s) you have purchased.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose a specific domain?
Yes, when the domain matches the purchased DA level, is relevant, and is available. A specific request is not guaranteed until the material has been reviewed and approved.
Can I choose a city or municipality?
Yes. The desired geographic area is specified in the form that you receive after payment.
Can I provide the article myself?
Yes. You can provide a finished article or purchase article production as an add-on in the ordering flow.
Can the article be AI-generated?
Yes, provided the text is factually sound, readable, and of a quality suitable for editorial publication.
Will the article be indexed?
The article is indexable and integrated into the media's regular structure and sitemap. However, indexing in a specific search engine cannot be guaranteed.
How long will the article stay online?
By default, publication has no fixed expiration date. Technical, editorial, or legal conditions may, however, necessitate modification, relocation, or removal.
Can material be rejected after payment?
Yes, if the material does not comply with the requirements. The client is normally given the opportunity to provide corrected or alternative material.
Can I edit the article after publication?
Minor corrections can be considered by agreement. Extensive changes or replacement of the article may be treated as a new assignment.

MinBy™ reserves the right to reject, adapt, or request changes to material that does not meet the site's requirements or the media's editorial standard.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that text, information, links, images, trademarks, and other material are legal, correct, and permitted for use.
Results
The purchase covers publication. No guarantee is given for specific placements, traffic volumes, leads, indexing, or rankings in search engines and AI search services.
Availability
Media outlets, DA scores, and publishing opportunities are subject to change. If a requested media outlet is unavailable, a relevant alternative will be found within the purchased product tier.
