The gift card code is stated in the email you received.

When purchasing a product covered by the gift card programme, the gift card code can be entered during payment or used in accordance with the instructions provided for the specific product or campaign offer.

If the gift card is used as partial payment, any remaining amount must be paid using an ordinary payment method.

• The value of the gift card is stated on the individual gift card.
• The gift card is valid for three months from the date of issue.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The gift card can only be used for products and services included in the MinBy™ gift card programme.

The gift card can be used for selected MinBy™ products and services included in the gift card programme, the specific campaign or the relevant product page.

Products that are not included in the gift card programme cannot be paid for using the gift card. This will be stated during the ordering process, on the product page or during checkout.

The gift card may be used as full or partial payment if this is permitted for the selected product or offer.

As a general rule, gift cards cannot be used together with campaigns, discount codes, other gift cards or special negotiated prices.

If a campaign expressly permits the use of gift cards, the campaign's own terms and conditions will apply. This may include special summer, seasonal or introductory offers.

Special campaigns may be subject to separate rules concerning products, prices, periods, partial payment, upgrades or the combination of offers with gift cards.

The gift card is personal and, as a general rule, may only be used by the individual and/or company registration number registered when the gift card was issued.

The gift card may not be resold, rented out or used for the purpose of circumventing the gift card programme.

Any transfer of the gift card or use by another individual or company requires prior agreement with MBDK ApS.

When a gift card is issued or used, the recipient is registered as a customer of MBDK ApS.

Registration is carried out for the purpose of gift card administration, order processing, customer service, verification, documentation and follow-up regarding the use of the gift card.

Gift cards are issued as part of Panel.dk™ surveys, analyses or other activities. We therefore expect recipients to provide brief feedback after using the gift card regarding their experience with the purchased product or received service.

The feedback is used to improve products, services, campaigns and future surveys.

MBDK ApS may require documentation of identity, company affiliation, company registration number or other relevant information before the gift card can be redeemed.

If the information cannot be verified, MBDK ApS may refuse redemption until the matter has been clarified.

In the event of misuse, incorrect information, unauthorised use or an attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions, the gift card may be cancelled without notice.

MBDK ApS reserves the right to reject or cancel gift cards if they are used in breach of the purpose or terms and conditions of the gift card programme.

In the event of technical errors, registration errors, errors in the gift card code, order data errors or discrepancies, the records held by MBDK ApS will prevail.

MBDK ApS may correct obvious errors relating to gift cards, campaigns, prices, registrations or order data.
